We are the fastest growing water treatment dealer of a major name brand of 130 years with one of the best products on the market. We have now partnered with a management training/marketing company. Since the marketing campaign has been launched we are overwhelmed with leads and need excellent salespeople. Simply put we have more customers wanting our services then we can handle. We are looking to hire 6 sales professionals in the next 5 days to handle the high volume of leads we have coming in. We are interviewing now. Training begins on Wed. May 24th, 2017.

The sale takes place at the customer’s home during daytime and evening hours. Customers call in, request our service and invite you into their home. You help customers understand the problem they called in about and present them with our step-by-step, proven solution, which carries a bonafide lifetime guarantee. Once we install this product there is no way for them not to appreciate having clean water throughout their home, thus the stacks of recommendation letters we receive every month.

Based out of our offices in Grand Prairie, this position will be local to the DFW Metroplex. Once selected, successful candidates will be provided informative training, given all materials needed, and will be making scheduled in home sales calls on pre-qualified leads. This position begins with training compensation and advance against commissions following the training period to get money in your pocket. Ongoing commission-only 1099 compensation is directly based on sales.

Requirements:

· Prefer experienced salesperson with solid outside, sales experience in the residential construction trades or some other direct to consumer sales. However, no sales experience is required, we will train.

· Must be a team player with high integrity, be quality and detail-oriented, and have a fire to succeed.

· Prefer experience in one-call close sales and face-to-face consumer sales is strongly preferred. Ability to create urgency and non-pressured persistence is fundamental.

· Coachable & trainable; able to follow directions in delivery of detailed-orientated presentation and sales script.

· Commitment to following proven sales presentation strategies required- You must put in the work to learn OUR system

· Honest, mature, professional demeanor and appearance with no-nonsense, straight forward communications with ability to empathize with customers with concrete problems in their home.

· Must have the ability to make friends with a stranger and build rapport. We know that “if you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong” when it comes to in home sales.

· Positive attitude is a must.
