Big Joe Handling Systems is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to become an integral part of our team!

This is a unique opportunity for the right team player to engage with current and potential clients in a wide variety of business industries. The Business Development Specialist requires the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where constant improvement and communication with the various team members to cross sell products and services will enable efficient and effective growth. This position presents the opportunity to make a significant contribution to a tight knit growing team that is working to execute innovative selling and marketing to rapidly grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Document sales interactions using standard reporting tools
  • Provide responsive, knowledgeable and high quality service
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledgeable on SEO, PPC, and organic searches
  • NetSuite experience highly desired
  • Reliable Transportation and valid driver's license
