Terminix® is currently hiring Residential Outside Sales Professionals to service our growing territories in the Plano area.

Position Overview:

As a Residential Outside Sales Professional with Terminix®, you will partner with home owners to provide protection for their home and ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind. We have expanded our services to include more than just pest and termite control, we now offer 15+ products and services that you can offer customers allowing you to sell a long lasting relationship that will keep their investments protected.

We provide the following for our Sales Representatives:

• Paid training that covers sales and industry training both in the field and the classroom
• Paid vacation, Company vehicle, gas card
• Creative prospecting lists to ensure success in sales role
• Uncapped commission
• After 90 days, full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and more.

Sales Representatives have many products and services to offer their customers including:

• Bi-Monthly or Quarterly pest control services
• Termite treatment services with a lifetime warranty
• Mosquito solutions exclusive to ServiceMaster
• Bed bug products and services
• Termite coverage plans
• Attic, Basement and Crawl Space multi-product offerings and solutions
• Gutter guards
• Insulation service

Responsibilities include:

• Sales calls to perform whole home inspections (inside, outside, attics, crawl spaces)
• Identifying all pest needs as well as identifying any potential needs for our other services
• Working with the branch manager and sales manager to create a sales strategy in your territory
• Developing a relationship with new and existing customers
• Learning sales techniques & acquiring product knowledge to sell Terminix® products/services
• Providing customers with price quotes
