Job description

S&S Activewear is seeking a highly-motivated B2B Account Executive to manage an Indianapolis based territory, including the state of Indiana and Central Ohio.

S&S is a leading distributor of imprintable sportswear, serving a broad range of customers, including advertising specialty distributors, screen printers, embroiderers, uniform companies and specialty retailers throughout the United States. S&S offers the most comprehensive product offering in the industry, with a focus on bringing recognizable fashion and retail brands to this channel.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing group of targeted accounts, as well as prospecting for new opportunities within the territory. Qualified candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with decision makers and business owners. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability to analyze data to identify opportunities for business development. Candidates must be self-directed and have the ability to work independently.

The position includes a competitive compensation package – base salary plus annual bonus program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life/disability coverage and 401K.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and grow S&S Activewear’s overall market share in Indiana and Central OH, with a concentration on a targeted group of key accounts.
  • Position S&S Activewear’s premium brands in key customer programs
  • Analyze customer profiles to identify opportunities and areas for growth
  • Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with S&S products and services.
  • Prepare, plan and deliver targeted and instructive product presentations.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage daily communications with customers and internal personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two plus years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Customer-centric with the desire and ability to develop relationships and solidify business partnerships
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Daily travel with some overnights
