OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are in need of an Outside Sales Representatives to serve as the direct link between a company and clients. The Outside Sales Representative works in a sales capacity to secure new business and maintain customer relationships. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for creating and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
The responsibilities of this position encompass professional presence, experience with building and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as liaison between their company and the company’s clients, as well as address potential concerns, questions or relay information to their clients.
Typical duties include:
· Making 'pitches' to win new business through various sales methods
· Attend off-site meetings and generate contacts through networking.
· Communicating with clients to discuss their needs
· Presenting ideas and costs to clients
· Negotiating with clients, solving any problems, and addressing clients’ concerns
· Keeping in contact with the client at all stages
· Maintain and expand client database and accounts.
Requirements:
· Candidates should possess a very professional presence, understand how to manage and relate to their clients, handle a variety of clients’ concerns and address properly and quickly, multi-task, have excellent attention to detail, heavy sales and negotiation experience.
· Candidates should have a reliable source of transportation.
· Strong computer skills and understanding of CRM software
· Ability to meet and exceed sales goals given by management
· Candidates should have 2-3 years of outside sales experience
