Job description
We are currently looking for successful salespeople to participate in and help drive the rapid growth of a company in the 'green' industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Performing energy audits at personal residences
- Identifying opportunities for improved energy efficiency such as additional insulation, solar energy, etc.
- Generating estimates and proposals, then closing the deals
- Participating in marketing events to generate leads
- Generating referrals
If selected you will receive the following benefits:
- A generous base salary of $35-40k plus commission and benefits. Expected total compensation between $60k and $110k

Requirements include:
- Sales experience in the building or residential construction industries
- BPI and/or HERS certification are big plusses
- Solar experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
