LEAP leads the world in the development and sale of cloud based legal practice management software for small law firms on a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

We employ more than 300 people, have offices in the USA, Australia and the UK with more than 12,000 law firms using our software worldwide. We are seeking Outside Sales Reps to join our highly motivated, high velocity and growing sales team in New York City, based out of our office in Freedom Tower.

LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support in order for you to be successful.

POSITION

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be at the front line of helping small USA law firms acquire LEAP. If you are passionate about selling, closing new business and making money – we want to talk to you.

You must have the ambition to perform in a fast-paced, sales environment

An understanding of the legal profession or experience working in a firm will be an advantage but not essential as we have an extensive induction and training program.

Your never give up attitude is essential.

REPORTS TO

  • Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities;
  • Make sales calls to opportunities to book demonstrations;
  • Respond quickly to sales inquiries by phone, email or in person;
  • Master the LEAP Demonstration Script;
  • Demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to opportunities;
  • Prepare and present proposals;
  • Negotiate to a win / win outcome with potential clients;
  • Ensure all communication with Opportunities is effective and moves to a close;
  • Monitor and report on sales activities and KPIs using Salesforce;
  • Participate in sales conferences and events
