Requirements Qualifications:
We are looking for a professional Sales Representative who combines an engaged personality and strong work ethic, with the willingness of joining a network of service providers dedicated to the core values of integrity, respect, service excellence and enduring relationships. You should be able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while working effectively as part of a team. Specific requirements for this business development position include:
- Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations
- A genuine interest in becoming a successful Sales Representative, and desire to earn a competitive income
- Positive attitude and a high level of integrity
- Solid work history
- Ability to communicate efficiently in a clear and accurate manner
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
- Basic computer and technology skills within a sales environment
- Willingness to obtain Life Insurance license; licensed, preferred
- Willingness to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check /drug screening test
- Previous sales experience, a major plus
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, a plus
