Outside Sales Representative - Management Training

Our company is currently looking for strong outside sales representatives in the greater San Diego Area. All your advertising is being done for you, we give you the leads, the technology and the training, now all you have to do is CLOSE!

There is no hard sales quotas, rather our company focuses on a development program for management for top performers.

Job Responsibilities:

• DAILY TRAVEL throughout THE SAN DIEGO TERRITORY area to conduct "in home" customer visits and present products and services for AT&T promotions
• Increase the customer experience by presenting all new products and services through up-selling techniques
• Attend ongoing training regarding sales initiatives and product offerings
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Create and exhibit a sense of ownership
• Achieve sales goals set by company
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Continuously network and develop new business - EXTRA COMMISSION EARNED FOR SELF GENERATED LEADS!

Job Requirements:

• Professional, proven sales experience required. In-home sales experience preferred.
• Associates Degree or some college experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Strong negotiating skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A personable and professional demeanor
• An outgoing and entrepreneurial personality
• Ability to utilize a tablet-like PC as a sales and measuring tool
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills
• An enthusiastic and friendly attitude
