Compensation Package:

• Total compensation ranging from $127-137K annually ($60-65/hr)
• Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, CME Allowance, PTO, Pet Insurance, 401K, 100% Paid Licensure and Malpractice Costs, Quarterly Profit-Sharing Payouts, and Voluntary Life

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Performs medical assessment, procedures, and determines treatment recommendations
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Provides extreme customer service to patients, visitors and coworkers
• Directs and reviews all laboratory and radiology results and develops appropriate treatment plan
• Provides patient counseling, education and coordination of care as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted licensure in the State of Arizona, or ability to obtain prior to interview
• Prescribing authority or ability, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Board certified or Board Eligible

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year professional experience in Family Practice, Pediatrics, and/or Urgent Care
