Production Manager 2nd Shift

Production Manager 2nd Shift (Bucks County, PA)

We are a display manufacturer for retail environments with an established reputation for quality and service. We are looking for a 2nd Shift Manager who will work Monday through Thursday from 3 pm -- 1am. The right candidate for this position is someone who will take ownership of the overall 2nd shift production and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Do you have the desire and ability to:
• Manage overall production facility including but not limited to the following departments: Picture Framing, Print, CNC, Assembly, Woodshop, and Shipping.
• Coordinate work flow between different departments and orchestrate process flow.
• Execute scheduling for all jobs; manage rushes and readjust priorities as needed.
• Inspect and deliver high quality of goods to be shipped to customer.
• Implement short-term and long-term goals for improvements in systems, staff performance, quality control, cost productivity, and capacity.
• Be a positive upbeat person able to motivate staff in a fast paced environment.

Requirements and experience for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• 5 years of manufacturing production management. Experience in custom built products and/or engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-department management and custom manufacturing.
• Have high energy with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven ability to coach and develop direct reports in varying departments.
