Federal Program Manager - PMP + DHS/CBP Experience Required
Position Description
CGI is seeking a Federal Program Manager for a federal project in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities
The Contractor Program Management shall:
- Provide management oversight
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Contractor staff
- Organize, direct and coordinate planning and execution of all contract activities and review the work of subordinates, including subcontractors, to ensure that the schedule, standards and reporting responsibilities are met
- Integrate the Contractor's management and technical activities across the entire contractor staff to ensure they are consistent
- Ensure that all work on this contract complies with contract terms and conditions and is approved/coordinated with senior corporate managers
- Be the primary interface with the COR Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
- DAWIA Level III Program Management, FAC-P/PM Senior Level or Project Management Professional® (PMP®) certification required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years Program Management experience on large-scale IT
operations and maintenance contracts.
- Experience within CBP and/or other DHS departments.
- Excellent problem solver and communicator.
