Essential Job Functions
Oversee and direct day-to-day program/operations management activities and strategies of a federal law enforcement IDIQ contract. Manage Team Leads in 30+ customer work sites CONUS & OCONUS, with responsibility for 150+ contract employees in carrying out the successful execution of technical, financial, administrative and other organizational objectives as outlined in the contract statement of work. Perform engagement and capture management activities with federal senior level stakeholders to determine business needs and develop strategies and solutions to meet customer objectives. Serve as the single point of contact to the COR ensuring full and satisfactory compliance to the contract SOW and service level agreements. Work cooperatively with federal managers nationwide in planning, developing, and organizing overall contract initiatives to include compliance, labor efficiency, business processes, and change management ensuring the management of quality/scope, budget, and timely delivery of services. Provide periodic briefings and status reports to federal Executive Level Management regarding deliverable milestones. Direct and evaluate overall program performance determined by leveraging results from key performance indicators and implementing necessary change management strategies. Oversee the cradle-to-grave recruitment and hiring of contract employees ensuring client’s demands are met and strict compliance to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Serve as member of corporate executive leadership team in the pursuit and development of strategies for follow-on and new business opportunities.
Skills
Experience in the management, supervision and analysis of data/word processing, bookkeeping and accounting operations. The ideal candidate shall be capable and skilled in oral and written communications and able to apply these skills in communicating with all levels of management within the client.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the management, supervision and analysis of data/word processing, bookkeeping and accounting operations
·Proficient in the utilization of desk-top computer applications to include word processing, electronic messaging, Oracle, and Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and Windows and shall possess keyboard skills proficient to accurately enter, query, retrieve, and report data in various MS- DOS Local Area Networks and Wide Area Networks
·Active secret clearance granted through the Department of Defense (DOD) Defense Security Service (DSS).
