Asset Forfeiture – Program Manager
Washington, DC Metro Area

FCi Federal is recruiting candidates for the position of Asset Forfeiture Program Manager, contingent upon award of contract.

• Responsible for contractual performance and compliance of work completed at site locations throughout the United States
• Oversees all processes outlined within contract and directs all supervisory staff
• Develops performance and action plans that will be presented to client and internal senior leadership
• Ability to successfully communicate with client and internal staff regarding complex process changes
• Assesses all contract modifications and determines impacts
• Ability to successfully determine and drive the implementation of staffing plans which handle fluctuations in workload
• Establishes culture that drives customer and employee satisfaction
• Ensures compliance of all training programs required by client
• Monitors site performance and communicates challenges and/or successes with client
• Directs process improvement initiatives and reports findings to client for approval
• Successfully collaborates with internal human resource team to address employee concerns or performance issues
• Develops and implements plans that drive quality, monitors compliance, and solicits routine employee feedback

The Basic Qualifications for this position are as follows:
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust level security clearance
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive 7-year criminal and credit history background check
• Must successfully complete a drug screening

Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:
• BS in Business Administration or other business-related field
• PMP certification preferred
• MBA - preferred
• Ten (10) years’ experience related to asset forfeiture programs
• Comprehensive knowledge of large-scale contracts
• Computer skills required: MS Office Suite

This position is in a traditional office environment. Applicants must live within Washington D.C. metro area.
