All Aboard! Project Manager needed for an International Import/Export Client!
U.S. Security Associates, the market leading and wholly owned American safety and security services provider, has an opening in your area!
Currently, we’re expanding our team in Baltimore in search of a Project Manager to oversee Security Operations for a high profile International Import/Export client.
Our ideal candidate will have prior safety and security management experience, as this person will oversee a large team of Security Officers who are responsible for safeguarding our clients, client properties, and alerting the proper authorities if necessary.

● Highly organized and capable of managing a multitude of responsibilities, changing gears at a moment's notice if necessary
● Great communication skills, with a proven ability to operate within complex organizational structures.
● Ability to deescalate emergency situations, exhibiting leadership skills
● Strong history of developing and mentoring team members through performance
management
● Professional and driven, with a desire to advance within a rapidly growing organization
● Two or more years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
● Ability to work in a teamoriented, autonomous environment, with a positive and
entrepreneurial attitude
Other extremely helpful attributes include:
● Prior military and or law enforcement
● An experienced safety and security services professional looking for a challenging and
highly rewarding opportunity
Primary Responsibilities:
● Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned/all Client Sites.
● Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including dispatching,
scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
● Ensure that client sites are provided with high quality security services to protect all
assets, including people and property.
● Build, improve and maintain effective relationships between both the client and
Associates.
● Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or
exceed financial and operational goals, as well as providing the highest level of customer service.
