Job description

We’re hiring a Project Manager in Dallas, TX! The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a client or clients. They will take responsibility and ownership of all phases of the project(s). Essential job functions for this position are outlined below. Other duties may be assigned. This position also includes full company benefits!

· Cad production (including as-builts, construction documents, space plans, details & elevations, marketing materials such as leasing plans) utilizing company drafting standards.
· Field verification.
· Square footage calculations.
· Finish selections.
· Research (may include finishes; code and/or permitting information; products and materials).
· Client coordination/interaction. The Manager is responsible for the client relationship. They will make most day-to-day decisions on their own. They are responsible for notifying sr. management if a problem, issue or dispute arises.
· Consultant/vendor coordination.
· Manage team members; provide training; handle employee evaluations; recommend promotions and/or disciplinary action.
· Scheduling work for all team members.
· Prepare or assist in preparing all billing information.

Requirements: 

· College degree required.
· 3-1 years’ experience required.
· Computer skills, proficient knowledge of Autocad required.
· Graphics and/or rendering capabilities a plus.
· Superior Customer Service skills.
· Ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
