We’re hiring a Project Manager in Dallas, TX! The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a client or clients. They will take responsibility and ownership of all phases of the project(s). Essential job functions for this position are outlined below. Other duties may be assigned. · Cad production (including as-builts, construction documents, space plans, details & elevations, marketing materials such as leasing plans) utilizing company drafting standards.
· Field verification.
· Square footage calculations.
· Finish selections.
· Research (may include finishes; code and/or permitting information; products and materials).
· Client coordination/interaction. The Manager is responsible for the client relationship. They will make most day-to-day decisions on their own. They are responsible for notifying sr. management if a problem, issue or dispute arises.
· Consultant/vendor coordination.
· Manage team members; provide training; handle employee evaluations; recommend promotions and/or disciplinary action.
· Scheduling work for all team members.
· Prepare or assist in preparing all billing information.
Requirements:
· College degree required.
· 3-1 years’ experience required.
· Computer skills, proficient knowledge of Autocad required.
· Graphics and/or rendering capabilities a plus.
· Superior Customer Service skills.
· Ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
