Goals:
As new park development manager, you will have the overall responsibility to build and maintain franchise partner relationships while driving the new park openings process to achieve openings/operating month’s targets. You will lead the development cycle to ensure all functions (e.g. – real estate, design, court construction, training, to opening support teams) meet their respective targets, while being the point contact accountable for timelines, communications and objectives throughout the project.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• 5+ years of experience of project management based experience
• 5+ years of retail/hospitality location based operations experience
• Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills with ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
• Experience managing large scale projects and team on budget.
• Highly motivated and collaborative with a willingness to learn
• Proactive and forward looking.
• Outgoing friendly attitude with excitement to go the extra mile.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
