Major Responsibilities:
Manage process and lead team on all new product development and cost optimizations. Key activities include but are not limited to:
o Establish and update key timelines, manage all assigned projects and lead coordination of the greater cross-functional team (including R&D, operations, finance, packaging, etc.)
o Maintain and release team updates and lead weekly calls with all cross-functional team members and co-manufacturers where applicable
o Source and distribute business planning information associated with projects (costs, volumes, operational details, etc.)
o Monitor due dates/deadlines and ensure that the responsible parties deliver on time
o Act as key contact with co-packers during product development and commercialization
Manage marketing analytics and day-to-day project management. Ongoing projects include:
o Participate in packaging re-designs and manage all assets and processes
o Monitor monthly consumer complaints, define action plans and engage with manufacturing and R&D to ensure quality compliance
o Analyze business and consumer trends utilizing Nielsen, Spectra, Mintel, etc. and provide insights based on key findings
o Conduct business performance analysis to identify key issues and opportunities as needed
o Support ad hoc customer requests associated with business development activities as needed

· Some travel required (10%- 15%)
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience:
· Marketing experience in a traditional packaged foods environment
· 3-5 years of formal project management experience or equivalent
· Budget and P&L experience a plus
· EDUCATION: B.S. degree in Marketing or related field
