Technology Project Leader:
Responsible for successful delivery of the project that involves expansion of employee number for various bank wide systems.
The ideal candidate would have implemented large scale project and systems in financial industry across various technologies, such as mainframe systems and web based systems.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Schedule and run all phase reviews and program reviews
• Track progress, report status and make necessary corrections to achieve all program goals
• Manage complex, often global, stakeholder alignment and issue resolution using sophisticated executive influence skills
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
• Facilitate Core Team meetings and maintain master schedule.

• Review initial analysis done by systems personnel, assign and delegate projects to team members and monitor progress of assigned projects.

• Mandatory project management experience.
Qualifications
This position typically requires previous Technology Management experience of at least 3-5 years. Deep understanding and experience with HR, Finance and Banking applications is highly desired. Minimum 4-year system/MIS related college degree or equivalent work experience required.
Desirable experience with the following technology skill sets relevant to Workday:
• Experience with integrations testing with HR, Finance and Banking applications Knowledge and experience working with PGP encryption/decryption tools and their potential impact with third party vendors
• Experience with Secured File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) tools
• Experience with coordinating fire-wall changes with infrastructure personnel to facilitate point-to-point integrations in a secured manner
• A minimum of three years vendor management experience in a large corporate organization.
