Job summary
The Partner Project Manager (PPM) oversees the end-to-end delivery of complex partnership projects (e.g. API integrations, etc.), and is responsible for day-to-day management of connectivity with marketing Partners once implemented. You report to the head of Partner Project Management within the Partner Marketing department, and work closely with stakeholders in Partner organizations as well as interdepartmental technical, operational, and business functions.
This position is based out of our Empire State Building/NYC office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Translate partners technical requirements into business growth opportunities; own the implementation of Agoda partner solutions with partners
- Oversees successful end-to-end delivery of complex partnership projects within the agreed scope and timeframe, manages stakeholder expectations and interdependencies
- Day-to-day management of connectivity with existing marketing partners (API performance, reporting, troubleshooting, root cause analysis); act as primary point of contact for the technical teams at partner organizations.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience working in a technical or business analysis role with a proven track record of business analysis / process improvement, web development project lifecycle
- Bachelor s degree or higher in E-commerce, Information Technology, or IT-related fields.
- Good understanding of web-related technologies, and the technical aspects of affiliate distribution models
Must possess a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, strong
- root cause analysis); act as primary point of contact for the technical teams at partner organizations.

- At least 5 years of experience working in a technical or business analysis role with a proven track record of business analysis / process improvement, web development project lifecycle
- Bachelor s degree or higher in E-commerce, Information Technology, or IT-related fields.

- Must possess a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project/product management skills
- Clear articulation of Business and Functional requirements through technical documentation, architectural diagrams and users requirement document
- Good understanding of web-related technologies, and the technical aspects of affiliate distribution models
- Hands-on knowledge of IT Project Management and successfully engaged in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Hands-on experience in XML API implementation, VB/Excel macros and HTML/CSS is a plus
