We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our professional team. Our San Francisco office is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years’ experience to join our team through the creative design process.

  • § You will have a visual awareness and an eye for detail
  • § You will have strong technical and detailing skills
  • § Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Critical Skills & Knowledge

  • § Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • § Minimum of 8 years of architectural office experience
  • § Revit modeling and documentation
  • § History of developing and maintaining client relationships

Essential Functions

  • § Facilitates client communication
  • § Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on small/medium projects
  • § Prepares strategic plans for project success.
  • § Responsible for design excellence on all assigned projects
  • § Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
  • § Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation, and project team assignments
  • § Experience with local codes and entitlement
  • § Experience seeing a project from design through construction administration is a must.

Architects Stewart Ankrom and Tom Moisan formed Ankrom Moisan in 1983 to provide integrated architectural, interior design, and urban design services to our clients. We attribute much of our success to the work we renowned Pearl District. Located just north of downtown Portland, we completed the first conversion of a warehouse to housing and played a dominant role in the development of this vibrant neighborhood.

We are now a national firm of more than 300 staff members and offices in Portland, Seattle and San Francisco.
