Epsilon is looking for a top-notch Senior Digital Producer/Project Manager to join our team. We are currently managing and deploying integrated marketing programs with a strong email and web focus for one of our larger accounts. The Senior Digital/Producer Project Manager will be the owner of day-to-day client relationships and delivery of client projects. This position will be working with a collaborative team composed of members from Epsilon at our San Francisco office and our client’s Mountain View headquarters.
 
Key Areas of Responsibility
 
 
Proficient knowledge of project management lifecycles and best practicesPlan and manage projects from inception through deployment and ensure stringent quality control process followed for all deliverablesJuggle multiple projects simultaneously and seamlessly without errorDevelop and execute project scopes, timelines, budgets, and staffing plansProduce and maintain project documentation, including statements of work, meeting notes, technical documents, status reports, change management, and client approval documentsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams of Strategy/Analytics, UX, Creative, Development/Production, and QA to make sure all deliverables are correctly executed and meet client expectations Drive the project team to meet the agreed-upon timelines, maintaining the critical path and overseeing project financesCommunicate with internal and client teams effectively to ensure expectations are set and all deliverables are met on scheduleDemonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to meet project milestones, internal team needs, and client expectationsConstruct clear, concise, and error-free written and verbal communications that provide the details required for project stakeholdersManage and/or mentor junior project managers
 
Qualifications
 
The candidate must have proven ability and qualifications in the following areas:
6-8+ years of work experience in a client-side organization or marketing/advertising agency3-5+ years of project management and client services experienceStrong understanding with integrated, digital, web development and/or email marketing programs and technologiesExcellent client-facing skills including self-presentation and clarity of verbal and written communication. Able to negotiate and manage client concerns.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required; able to identify solutions and ensure progress in the face of obstaclesProven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time; graceful under pressure; able to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environmentExperience working with various forms of Digital Marketing platforms and servicesHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive preferredPMP certification is a plusBachelor's degree
