About this role: Responsible for supporting the administration of Gartner’s global travel program.

What you’ll need:
- Bachelor degree in Communications, Hospitality or Business preferred
- 1-4 years of experience working in travel & expense, finance or similar business function.
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures or ERP systems.
- Must have a strong can-do, no limits, Winner mindset
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with a diverse audience at various levels while considering cultural differences
- Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Communication/Hospitality experience a plus
