Position summary Our Exciting Work Environment Delaware North Sportservice is the food, beverage and retail provider at Miller Park since 1970, home of Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Brewers. Delaware North serves a unique array of ballpark fare at Miller Park. From the food to retail, Miller Park offers fans an experience that represents everything great in baseball.
The Opportunity Position:
Directing, implementing & maintaining a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
Scheduling, training and development of associates
Coordinating menus, developing wine lists, handling guest relations and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
Ordering & maintaining all inventories for the area: maintaining cost control efforts for labor & waste management.
Conducting meetings to update staff on daily goals & objectives.
Preparing various operational reports.
We are seeking:
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a high volume restaurant environment, emphasis on fine dining and catering required.
Must possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage procedures, controls and administration as well as complete awareness and ability to perform all foodservice functions.
Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills.
Experience with Micros POS.
Previous union experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent, preferred.
