Position Overview:

The eCommerce Marketplace Specialist is responsible for the management and overall end to end process of multiple major online marketplaces. The Marketplace specialist will forecast sales, implement markdowns, monitor inventory levels on a regular basis and identify risks to the business. They will need to develop action plans in cooperation with brand managers to mitigate risks and profitably. This individual should have a keen ability to identify, communicate, and implement strategic business opportunities at the category and brand levels. We are looking for a motivated team player to work in our New York City, Times Square Office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage the implementation of new listings, including product content, pricing, inventory planning

· Managing the relationship with marketplaces representatives

· Weekly business recaps for C-Level Executives and Buyers: sell through, executive summary, promo recaps, and inventory recaps, etc.

· Track progress against overall revenue goals and recommend strategies to merchandisers to meet budget

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Previous eCommerce marketplace management required 2-3 years

· Preferably has worked with a 3rd party provider such as Channel Advisor

· Amazon Seller Central Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education

· Superior proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, i.e. vlookups

· Ability to multi-task, work independently and stay focused in a fast past environment
