Position Characteristics:
Work closely with the Director of Talent Management and recruiting team to engage in full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing , qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. Also responsible for the management of a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcing Specialist.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions, interview and assess candidates and determine next step with hiring
• Conduct screening interviews with candidates, ensure qualifications and fit, administer appropriate assessments
• Negotiate with candidate and extend formal employment offers ensuring consistency and compliance
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in established systems and files
• Assure a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate/oversee reference and background checks for potential employees, preparing and sending offer packages
• Manage the supporting positions of a Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcing Specialist
• Communicate professionally and maintain high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and to develop an organized plan of processing and follow through
• Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable, flexible and professional
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7-10 years of corporate recruiting experience within a management consulting setting or other related professional service industry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time, adhering to strict deadlines
