Job Description
The Banking Campus Recruiter will:

• Shape and drive end-to-end campus recruiting strategy including event approaches, recruiting processes, university selection and more for both summer and full-time recruiting
• Work in conjunction with key stakeholders and business representatives to identify recruiting participants, interviewers and top talent at each school
• Travel/Attend recruiting events and conferences with the team
• Partner with marketing lead to shape recruitment campaign
• Develop relationships with key career services personnel at undergrad and graduate programs to identify effective campus strategies, high potential candidates and opportunities for the company to be in the classroom
• Champion diversity recruiting, including identifying a strategy to reach target audiences at each campus and key external sponsorships and activities
• Manage interview selection and assessment process to find suitable candidates who meet our requirements
• Ensure consistent hiring standards are used across all programs
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process, including offer and close stages

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to effectively establish relationships
• Ability to determine the major obstacles to improvement in the existing recruiting process and recommend and implement solutions
