We service over 400 clients a week and do business with all nationwide Systems Integrators and every national Structured Cabling Contractor. We supply personnel for all technologies that operate commercial and industrial facilities.

Job description

We are currently hiring for a RECRUITER opening in our New York, NY office.

SUMMARY
Source and recruit technicians for the wiring industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Utilizes our internal database and various job boards to source, screen and onboard potential candidates
  • Manages, places and dispatches a bench of candidates with new or existing clients
  • Conducts in-house interviews
  • Negotiates pay range with potential new hires
  • Develops creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals

PERFORMANCE METRICS

  • Makes 50 or more calls per day
  • Places at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly
  • Provides weekly reporting on activity (number of client submittals, number of client interviews, number of candidate interviews, etc.)
  • Generates at least 5 sales leads a week through reference checks and networking

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or recent military experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
