MightyHive is searching for a Recruiter to join our driven, productive, and fun Operations team. This is a high visibility role where you will interact with employees at all levels across the company. This person will be involved in all aspects of our hiring process, from sourcing candidates, to conducting preliminary screening calls, to developing internal processes and recruiting structure. The Recruiter will work directly with management on hiring needs and have insight into company goals and strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize, and is able to be flexible and willing to provide support wherever needed. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:
Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates
Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing
Maintain the recruiting structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conducting, recommending and implementing changes as needed
Prep employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training program
Sourcing for candidates as well as coordinating with recruiting firms
Maintain records on recruiting activities
Qualifications/Background Sought:
3-5 years of recruiting experience at a technology based company
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
An ability to approach problems flexibly and creatively in a fast paced environment
Experience in a client facing role and proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
Strong oral and communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Capability to learn local and legal requirements
Must be fully aware of the sensitivity and confidentiality of the function and act upon it
