Our client, a Successful Fast-Growing Startup, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team at their headquarters in San Francisco! This is a great opportunity for someone sharp and self-motivated to join a dynamic group of recruiters in the Community Operations Team.
In this role, you will use your innovation and experience to recruit top talent and have a direct hand in building one of the fastest growing technology companies of all time.
Responsibilities:
· Managing end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment & management, offer recommendation, negotiation & acceptance
· Developing interview processes that lead to quality hires
· Improving upon existing programs and develop innovative strategy around finding top talent
· Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
· Taking on additional projects as needed to support the Community Operations Team
Requirements:
· Successful experience recruiting in a fast paced environment
· History of collaborating successfully with senior managers and business leaders
· Experience recruiting for a variety of roles/levels
· Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart recruiting partnerships happen
· In-house recruiting experience within a fast-growing startup preferred
· At least 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
