RN - Registered Nurse :
Currently seeking 3 years experienced RN Registered Nurses licensed in Massachusetts to join an outstanding healthcare organization in Boston. The nurse will perform nursing assessment and provide diagnosis/care-plan to assigned patients. The RN is responsible for the implementation of treatment, medications and procedures within scope of practice as well as responsible for the evaluation of treatment for all assigned patients. The Registered Nurse must be well versed in all areas of nursing and be able to easily adapt in a variety of medical situations.
Responsibilities of the RN / Registered Nurse include:
• Educating and supporting members and families regarding benefits, eligibility, policies and processes with the goal to empower self-advocacy.
• Collaborating with physician reviewers, case managers, project leaders and associates to optimize member care
• Understanding and appropriately managing member's benefits to maximize health care quality.
• Registered Nurse with an active professional Massachusetts license.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team
Qualifications of the RN / Registered Nurse include:
• 3-5 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Registered Nurse with an active professional Massachusetts license.
• BLS and other credentials (ACLS, PALS, AWHONN) as required
