A-Line Staffing is looking for Registered Nurses with UAS Assessment experience to work in the management field for a major Health company in Brooklyn, NY. Job Description:

• RN will Complete assessments and screenings in patients homes.
• RN will develop, implement and monitor patient centered service plans.
• RN will manage case loads including risk satisfaction of members.
• RN will gather and summarize data for reports.
• RN will support initiatives of the quality assessment and performance improvement committee.
• RN will develop goals and desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of New York (Compact license preferred).
• Must have 3 plus years experience with a focus in managed care.
• Must have care management experience.
• Utilization Review experience preferred.
• Concurrent Review experience preferred.
• Must have UAS Experience.
• MUST BE UAS CERTIFIED.
