Responsibilities & Job Focus

We are currently seeking a Collections Representative. The individual hired for this position will be charged with collecting FCS’s accounts receivable for a specific geographic area. The Collections Representative will represent the corporate office to internal and external customers and a professional demeanor will be required at all times. The individual will be expected to assist in developing processes and procedures to streamline the collection process in order to better service our customers and field locations.

• Work comfortably with business owners and/or C-level decision makers
• Build rapport and trust with owners, managers and stakeholders
• Sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Basic computer literacy

Job Requirements Needed to Achieve Success

• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with FCS’s vision, mission & value propositions
• Sell outsourced bookkeeping solutions using the FCS Selling Process
• Prospecting includes cold calling, networking, and referral-based opportunities
• Facilitate interaction between QB Pro-Advisor and prospect to close sales
• Deliver proposal and contract for client to review and approve
• Close sales versus objective
• Demonstrate highest level of commitment to customer service
• Ensure follow-up to maintain client retention rate and provide future referrals
• Collaborative team player
• Comply with all FCS policies, procedures and safety standards
