Description

The Client Representative I is the entry level position in the BeneTrac service organization and the main point of contact for the least complex, small to mid-size clients. The Client Representative I is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with the client, proactively soliciting feedback from clients/brokers to ensure maximum utilization of the BeneTrac system to increase value.

  • Provides first level customer support and utilizes proactive customer service to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Resolves customer service issues or complaints and escalates to supervisor as needed to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for front end site customization updates as requested by the client to ensure the site is meeting the client needs.
  • Performs minor site updates and submit tickets to the Technical Operations Team for projects and updates while maintaining the ownership with the client to maintain site integrity.
  • Performs regularly scheduled enrollment transaction audits to ensure configuration is accurate and optimal system functionality.
  • Acts as a liaison between client and BeneTrac Technical Operations Team to enhance visibility and improve communication with the client.
  • Advocate for new functionality and system updates with other business units to improve the client experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer related discipline .
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service/insurance carrier/Employee Benefits experience and experience with intricate application support system is highly desirable.
