 $40,000 Up To $50,000  Salary

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in full-service
Hands-on management style
Comfortable working both FOH and BOH
Guest-focused
Great employment tenure
Very comfortable working in high-volume operations

Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the General Manager.
Be fully involved in FOH and BOH operations – from helping guests to prepping food.
Uphold company policies and procedures.
Employee Scheduling
Maintenance of restaurant
Train and coach employees.
Inventory, ordering, receiving
General financial reporting / working with budgets, etc.
