TIM HORTONS RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager, you have an ownership mentality.  Your role is to lead your Team to deliver operational excellence in all aspects of the business including customer service, employee management, and financial results.  Expectations are focused and clear, and you are recognized for your performance and results.

General Managers set the tone and lead by example.  You are expected to be an upbeat and active manager, running the floor and setting the standard for operations and customer service.

Strong employees and teamwork are keys to success.  You are an employee advocate and are empowered to build your Team by identifying, hiring and developing the right people with help from Tim Hortons training systems.  Ongoing coaching, evaluations, recognition and performance management are parts of your daily routine.  You will develop our next generation of Tim Hortons leaders to fuel our continued growth.

Operational metrics and financial results are important for our continued success.  You will have the resources and support to understand where you stand at all times, so you can make the right decisions.  You are business manager with an ownership mentality and 1+ years of restaurant management experience, focused on clearly defined goals.

Our franchise group, Ampex Brands, has more than 300 restaurants with recognizable brands like KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.  We also own and operate almost 50 Tim Hortons with aggressive growth plans.
