We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Peli Peli team!
Responsibilities:
Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Train and evaluate employees
When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party and provide guests with estimated waiting time.
Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible.
Seat guest guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Must be able to multitask and communicate clearly
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. Such other tasks as required of management or leadership.
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
