THE OPPORTUNITY:

Restaurant Manager


An immediate opportunity exists for a proven restaurant professional with the ability to maintain our high standards
of quality and guest satisfaction.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high volume café with similar capacity and clientele served.
  • Culinary or Hospitality degree a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while maintaining service standards, a sense of humor and appearing
calm.
  • Impeccable service standards, attention to detail and the ability to be attentive to guests while also playing a supportive role to front of house staff.
  • Ability to lead a team, establish service standards and positively influence employee behavior.
  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor combined with superior verbal and written communication
skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
