Job description

Responsibilities:

·         Determine solution and service fit for prospects

·         Validate viability of leads from lead generation team

·         Develop and manage relationships with other Adeptia teams including Professional Service, Product Development, Sales Engineering and Technical Support

·         Coordinate on-line demos of the solution via web-technologies with Pre-Sales Engineering

·         Manage complex sales cycles and present decision makes with the value of our application suite

·         Skillfully negotiate with other to achieve desired results and meet customer needs

·         Articulate the Adeptia proposition with clarity and conviction

·         Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com

·         Meet monthly and quarterly bookings and revenue commitments

·         Compile responses to RFPs and RFIs

Qualifications:

·         Sustained track record of successful enterprise software sales

·         Demonstrated history of closing software licensing deals

·         7+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience

·         Experience selling and closing integration/B2B software deals in an enterprise environment

·         Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

·         Demonstrated presentation skills

·         Ability to coordinate across internal teams to achieve objectives

·         Comfort with  articulating the benefits of a subscription pricing model

·         High energy level and desire to succeed

·         Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive achievement of objectives
