We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative go-getter who likes to work and play hard! The ideal Agency Relationship Manger will have 1 or more years sales experience, preferably in the recruitment or advertising space.
- Sell pay-for-performance solutions to Recruitment Advertising Agencies
- Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
- Meet and exceed monthly goals and objectives
- Maintain a growing book of business
- Establish trusted relationship at agencies
- Evangelize the ZipRecruiter brand and educate agencies on our products
- Conduct face to face visits, live product demonstrations and webinars
- Analyze and present monthly analytics
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years selling experience, preferably in the recruitment or advertising space
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Passion to sell pay-for-performance solutions in a competitive marketplace
- Ability to work in team environment and independently
- Experience working with SalesForce or a similar CRM
- Ability to work cross departmentally
- Strong face-to-face presentation skills
- Out-going and dynamic personality with the ability to easily build rapport and establish relationships
- Has a fiduciary responsibility to the organization and can be trusted to always represent the company in a professional manner
- Experience in consultative, enterprise solutions selling
- Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- College degree preferred
- Travel Required (up to 50%)
