Inside Sales Associate - perfect opportunity for recent college grad!

Our office in Austin, TX seeks an inside sales associate to solicit new business in the electronics manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales driven, self-starter with a good speaking voice. Opportunities for rapid advancement! This is a perfect position for recent college grads looking for a career in sales! We offer a small, friendly and fast paced setting. This is an Inside Sales position but it is not a call center.

Responsibilities of Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Work from MET’s sales database to qualify or re-qualify leads
• Relate potential client’s needs to MET’s services
• Collect project information and team with an Account Manager during the quoting process
• Make a high volume of business to business outgoing phone calls
• Set appointments for Outside Sales Representative
• Represent MET at trade shows (very seldom)

Requirements for Inside Sales Associate:

• Great attitude & willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Desire to advance
• Strong computer skills- must have Sales Database (CRM) experience
• Strong typing skills
• Reliable transportation
• Good speaking voice
• Must be able to take direction well
• Experience in the Electronic Industry is a big plus.
