At Massage Envy Twin Creek, we are looking for goal-oriented, customer-service centered, professional and confident individuals to become part of our front desk sales team. Work in an environment that is centered on health and wellness. Massage Envy offers massage and stretch services, as well as healthy skin facials, chemical peels and microderm infusion treatments as part of a total body care program. As a Sales and Customer Services Associate, your primary responsibility is to gain an understanding of our clients individual needs for massage and skin care, present them with information on how our Total Body Care services can meet their needs, and provide excellent customer service during their visits to our clinic.

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate at the Massage Envy Twin Creek location, essential responsibilities revolve around informing clients of the benefits of our Total Body care services and providing excellent customer service. These include:
+ Answering phone calls.
+ Setting appointments and checking members and guests in and out for their sessions.
+ Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
+ Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
+ Meeting with customers to gain an understanding of their massage and skin care needs.
+ Presenting information on our massage, stretch and skin care services, as well as supporting retail products.
+ Achieving sales goals.
+ Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
+ Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
+ Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
+ Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
Education, Skills and Training:
+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
+ Have strong phone and computer skills.
+ Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
+ Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
+ Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
+ Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities.
Communications and Personal Interactions
+ Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the franchised location’s management and team.
+ Maintain client confidentiality.
