Job description

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Support to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Update all customer contact information
  • Register customers to buy online
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
  • Qualify customers
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Deal with complaints or doubts
  • Relay all pertinent information collected from the calls or emails to the District Manager and servicing branch bi weekly

​Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
  • Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and math aptitude
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and decision making abilities
  • Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
