Overview

As a Sales Account Associate, you will receive inbound calls from prospective

customers. Your primary responsibility is to build rapport, assess the

customer’s needs and offer the best solution. You will present current

promotions, and bundle the suite of products including Home Phone, Wireless,

High-Speed Internet, and satellite TV services.

Must Haves

+ High School Diploma/GED (Associates

Degree preferred)

+ 1 year prior sales experience within

a call center environment preferred

+ Exemplary attendance records with

previous employers

payroll
