Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Jr. Sales Associate, to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented inside sales professionals with a proven track record to join our growing team. You will be building relationships with business owners via outbound calls and email campaigns in order to share the features and benefits of our products.

If you are competitive, assertive and thrive in a high intensity environment, this role is for you! This role requires a high amount of outbound prospecting activity. The right candidate could move into a Senior Inside Sales Professional role after proven success in the Junior role.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Making outbound prospecting calls to potential locations

• Qualifying leads and driving new business for the Sales team

• Setting appointments with key Decision-Makers and perform product presentations to prospective clients

• Documenting all communications with potential customers in our database

• Set appointments Pursue new business and revenue streams

• Successfully educate prospective clients on Buzztime's technology and offerings

• Conduct customer presentations over the web

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in a B2B phone sales role (previous experience in outside sales or software/technology sales a plus)

• Ability to qualify opportunities, address objections and achieve sales objectives

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a high-pressure, fast paced environment

• Ability to learn, use and understand technology

• Goal oriented and self-motivated team player

• Confident with strong conversational skills

• Proven track record of success

• Outgoing, fun & positive personality

• Desire to work in and be a part of an organization that thrives on hard work and success all while having a great time

• Ability to build relationships, convey value of offering, obtain commitments and conversion

• Skill and desire to learn a new approach to sales

• Proficient with MS Office/Outlook and internet searching

We offer:

• A base hourly wage plus a very MOTIVATING incentive compensation with commissions. Realistic Income Potential:

This role is an entry level sales position with an on target earnings of $45,000 to $60,000 in the first year! Those who meet and exceed the role expectations will have the potential to move to a senior sales role with potential to earn 6 figures +
