Can you establish and maintain long-term relationships with new home buyers as you build satisfaction for them?  Do you have the organizational and communication abilities to work through construction-related issues and continually update buyers on the progress of their homes?  If you answered “YES” to BOTH these questions, please read on:

Edgewood Properties, a highly respected and growing New Jersey Luxury Home Builder, seeks a few dynamic Sales Associates for several of our new and existing luxury home communities throughout central and southwest New Jersey.


As a Sales Associate at Edgewood Properties, you will help influence the home-buying decision-making process by effectively communicating value to our buyers. By conducting thorough and in-depth needs analysis and effective model home sales tours, you are expected to excel at closing home-selling deals, while earning admirable commissions atop your already highly competitive base salary.

The successful Sales Associate will possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Weekend availability is required. New construction sales experience is a MAJOR plus!
