Chicago Vision is looking to grow fast due to high demand for our venue based customer acquisition campaigns in the Chicago region. So we're looking for a handful of people that can start immediately working full-time hours. ~ Potential for Rapid Advancement into Team Leadership & Trainee Management ~

As a Sales Assistant, you'll begin by learning how to help our clients gain more long-term sponsors by promoting their brands, missions, and success stories to the public. Within 3-6 weeks you could find yourself in a team leadership position and within 6-12 months you could be in a position to fully oversee a team, a campaign.

~ Local, National & International Travel Opportunities Available to Top Performers ~

We sometimes agree to work venues for our clients that are outside of Chicago and will need to send people on overnight trips. We also work with business partners throughout the US and will send top performers on training missions to boost sales averages and assist with developing new starts. And, we often send top performers to regional, national and international seminars and awards ceremonies where they can receive public recognition and learn from top performers throughout the industry.

Requirements of Role Sales Associate

~ Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service Experience Essential ~

We pro-actively market and sell on behalf of our clients, and although we offer regular product-training workshops and hands-on field-based training, it's essential that you have at least 1-3 year's experience in a customer-facing role such as:

• Sales (face-to-face or phone based)

• Customer Service or Call Center

• Field Marketing/ Promo Work

• Waiting/ Bar Work/ Fast Food/ Coffee Shop

• Sales/ Kiosk Work/ Shop Assistant

• Reception/ Hostessing/ Hotel Work

• Club Promotions or Entertainment

• Similar Customer-Facing Roles

Additional Sales Associate Requirements:

• You'll need to be at least 18 years of age

• Full-time hours are preferred because the more you put in, the more you get out, which is especially important for those looking for advancement

• Leadership and teamwork experience combined with a competitive nature can also be helpful for those looking to advance

• Although you will have individual goals, we have a team-oriented atmosphere and encourage friendly competition, so the ability to work well with others is essential.

• Since we work with the general public face-to-face, a professional image, professional language, and a positive attitude are expected

• Selected applicants will be invited to spend time at an observes a Retail Promotions & Sales Assistant in action. This is an unearned, observational period which helps both parties make an educated decision.
