We are looking for enthusiastic; customer focused “Inside Sales Associates” that embrace technology and enjoy new challenges to work in our Tampa, Florida or Cleveland, Ohio offices.

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, is a leading provider of Autodesk design and engineering solutions. IMAGINiT provides CAD software and technology expertise to companies across North America. You will have a great team standing behind you, but you will need to bring motivation, persistence, and a sincere desire to help customers reach their business goals.

What will you be responsible for?

In this role, you will sell software and services subscription renewals by making outbound sales calls to our existing customers in the architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing industries. You will also:

  • Probe existing customers for lead referrals and provide information about other software solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with renewal questions and navigating to the appropriate personnel to handle any technical related issues
  • Forecast business and manage sales activity from pipeline to close in our CRM system
  • Achieve monthly close rate and contribute to team quota

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be able to successfully manage a high volume of outgoing sales calls and will:

  • Have proficiency with MS Office including strong Excel skills
  • Be able to quickly grasp new technology, software applications and learn new systems
  • Be customer focused with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Thrive in a fast paced inside sales environment
  • Have strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Have a strong attention to detail with ability to track information accurately

Exposure to CRM systems and previous outbound, inside sales experience a plus.
