As a Membership Sales Associate therapist at Massage Envy in East Brunswick, we focus on Total Body Care. We believe that regular massages and facials are an integral part of total body wellness. Essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Learn and SELL the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
  • Provide excellent customer service during every client interaction.
  • Assists in re-engaging inactive or at-risk members.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Assists in daily tasks including (but not limited to) file maintenance, data entry, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming clients, processing payments and services.
  • Ability to multi-task, and remain calm and personable in a (sometimes) high stress environment.
  • Open to constructive criticism from consistent, weekly trainings.
  • Recognizing and supporting team goals.
  • Assists in the cleanliness of the location (therapy rooms and common areas).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience required.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Nights and/or weekends required.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
