Dyna Parts is committed to growing our sales and dominating the market in the areas where we have stores. Because of this, we are launching our new outside sales program and we need sales people to be a part of it! We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and hard-working Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As an Outside Sales Representative your primary focus is on engaging with customers as the face of NAPA throughout the day and building long term relationships with those customers. We are looking for a person who enjoys customer service in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work with the Store and Regional Manager to develop sales plans
• Call on existing store wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships and sales penetration
• Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
• Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling
• Keep informed of new NAPA products and sales promotions by working with the product sales teams
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma is required for this position and a college degree in business, accounting, or various social science fields is considered a plus. Any combination of education with counter sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment can meet the requirements. Employees in this position must possess a valid driver’s license with no DWI convictions within the past four years and not have three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the past three years.
